There will be homework sets, usually twice a week, due on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:59 pm. No late homeworks are allowed except for illnesses and very serious emergencies. For accessing the homework and book, you need an access code. If you took Math 75A at Fresno State, then the access code you have purchased for that course is good for 3 years, for the entire Calculus sequence Math 75A/B, Math76, Math77. You do not need to buy a new one every semester. Just enroll in the course using the Course ID nogin67876. If you took Math 75A over 3 years ago and and your access code has expired, or you took an equivalent of Math 75A at another institution, you need to buy an access code. To make sure you get the correct one, it is best to buy it from the campus bookstore. Do NOT buy access codes/book on-line, as the textbook has been customized for the Fresno State calculus sequence. The access code gives you access to both the on-line homework system and the electronic book. If you wish, you may choose to also buy a hardcopy of the book, although it is not required and costs more. Some students find that the electronic book is enough, and some prefer to have a hardcopy. The choice is yours. Once you have an access code, go to http://www.pearsonmylabandmastering.com/, register, and enroll in a course using the Course ID nogin67876 (in case you are asked to search for the university, our university zip code is 93740). Another option is to register first with the above Course ID, and pay for the access on-line with a credit card (in case you need to buy a new access code).
